Why hello everyone. Havent been to active on here lately as life has been throwing me a few curve balls but I am still pluggin away at training, dieting, and getting healthier than last time.

In full transparency, I was diagnosed with depression and extremely low levels of testosterone back in January. So my doctor put me on Buspirone for my depression/ anxiety and Testosterone 100ml per week. It's been nice to feel somewhat normal again after the doc said my adrenals and endocrine system were pretty jacked up after numerous blood tests.

I have avoided the scale consistently as I am all over the place with some life stuff thats taken my attention away from worrying about if I am dropping weight. But I do noticed small changes which is sweet.

I appreciate the couple of you who occasionally check on me. I am easier to track on IG or Fb than here. Those links are in my bio if any of you care to stay in touch. If not then no love lost.
The mirror picture was take two weeks ago. The beach picture was around 2015 when I was still not at my heaviest. The stage picture was from 2007
