Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I have been struggling with my weight since having three beautiful boys in the last four years. I've done Weight Watchers before, and actually managed to lose close to 60 pounds on it after my second baby was born (only to get pregnant again!). I recently had a baby, and was doing Weight Watchers again when I cam across the Abs Diet, and it made so much more sense to me, so I am going to give it a go!

I am married to the most amazing man in the world, and he is incredibly supportive of me, which helps so much. He is doing the Abs Diet as well, though he is just trying to gain muscle. Other than that, not too much to say. I'm looking forward to hitting my goal this time around!

"Saving" part of a smoothie for later
My husband tried to save one for later, but I haven't been brave enough to do it yet! I agree that making a half-recipe is probably the best option.

Thinking of Quitting...if I already haven't
I will let you know when I get to weigh in how it's going, but so far I love it! THe Abs Diet just makes so much more sense for someone with a busy schedule. On WW, I felt like I was scrambling at the end of the day to calculate my points, ya know?

Exercise with a baby?
Walking is geat, but my favorite is to modify pilates moves to include the baby. My kids love "Rolling Like a Ball" and so many others that it keeps them entertained, helps us bond, and adds resistance to my workouts!
