Body Parasites. EWWW
Well, I have a history of eating CRAP foods and not exercising. I figured "hey I'm young so I can eat whatever I want" When I FINALLY went to see my doctor, I got the "adult" suprises.

I was hoping to do a "cleansing" to get whatever I put in my body from earlier years out.

So I was reading up on body parasites. Apparently a lot of health issues are due to these disgusting creatures that live in about 50% of the population.

Most people don't even realize they have them

Has anyone done a body parasite cleanse? I REALLY want to do one. It makes me sick to think that something like that might be living in me

what do you recommend? How long does this have to be done?
