I'm getting married on June 4th & I need to maintain my weight so I can fit in my wedding dress!! Hoping to wear my bikini on vacation (we are going on a Mediterranean cruise). I have a very hard time with self-control. I'm either really good or really bad; hoping to find that balance. Recently bought a treadmill b/c I love to run, however my back has been bothering me a lot so I haven't been able to have a great work out. Trying to do something each day though, even if it's 30 min walking on the treadmill, while watching Jersey Shore :)
