Concentration curls - 35 lbs; overhead tricep extensions 70 lbs.; standing dumbbell curls 40 lbs; cable machine overhead tricep extension 7, barbell curls 70 lbs; cable trice pulldown 65 lbs
First day on bis and tris in 2+ weeks. And it showed.

Machine shoulder press 100-110 lbs, lateral shoulder raises 80 lbs; front dumbbell raises 25 lbs; lateral dumbbell raises 20 lbs, shoulder rolls 60 lbs.
