Always found it quite easy to lose weight, but since hitting 40 this has become much more difficult!
Biggest problem is snacking and generally eating comfort food that I really don't need. My job in sales means a lot of my day is spent driving or sat behind a desk. I do a lot of walking but this still doesn't keep the weight at bay.
Plan to use Fatsecret to keep a log of daily food intake, this being made much easier by the app on my mobile.
