Hi, I'm 20 years old and have gained alot of weight since leaving highschool. I am currently approx. 65lbs over weight. I really want to get back down to approx 140ish area. I flucuate alot. i was 128 in grade 12. once i met my bf i went up to about 165-180. I got a new job always running around and began eating less, eating healthier and laying off pop and junk food. in 3 months i lost 45lbs. i was stoked. THen i moved out and stopped eating so healthy. now i'm back up, passed the 200's yikes. so i've joined this site to try and become healthy again, i want to be able to do the things i did before, like run upstairs without wanting to die lol. So i hope i can work along side some members and support one another to reach our goals:)

hey, i was on yesterday. I got ALOT of great ideas and even signed up so i can get emails of new fitness programs and stuff. It even allows you to download different excersise 1page routines for at home. Maybe that can help you because they have fitness programs that you can search with different type of equipment.

phone with applications
hey, i have a blackberry tour. you can use this app on any blackberry i'm pretty sure. but to get it you have to download blackberry app world. then search fatsecret or go to the fitness category and download it. It's GREAT and soooo easy to use i love love love it!
