Is exercise a must while on Atkins
I'm a little confused according to Atkins I'm supposed to pack on the calories sorta speak, eat plenty of fat, protein and keep a very close eye on the carbs...I've seen some posts that say your supposed to eat enough calories too or you'll plateu. If I were to exercise that would cut down the calories right? and make it harder to get enough calories.

thank you, I'm going to look at how to eat less carbs. I don't do any exercise right now.

Hi, can someone look at my foods eaten yesterday I just started Atkins and am not sure if I'm eating the right foods. what is the carbs amount I'm supposed to be having a day. I don't have the book just going by internet information. thank you
