I am 44 years old. I am married with three children.
I believe in God, and know that Jesus Christ is my savior.

My weight issue began after my second child was born. I lost some, but not all. Then within 2 years, I was pregnant with my third. Here I am, large, and trying to get in charge of food, instead of it being in charge of me.

I am eating the Atkins way, which I love. A year and a half ago I lost 37 lbs. Somewhere aong the way after that, all the carbs crept, no I let them back in, and here I am again.

This time is different...I want it to be different. I want this to be a lifstyle change. A way of eating, a way of living.

Here's to all of us, on our journeys, no matter how big or small. We are all created by Him, therefor, we are special. May God bless us all on this journey toward health!
