I've had a migraine headache for 4+ days. it's getting annoying, to say the least. Behind my eyes really aches. ho hum. I just want to feel good 👍. I'll get to a doc Monday if I can't beat it. it's a lovely morning despite the headache. I'm going for a walk and can hear the birds chirping! 🐦 🐦⬛

I've removed the progesterone, and I'm finally not craving food all day. I haven't lost anything yet in April. That one cheat day was enough to throw me off for 2 weeks. I'm feeling better now. hopefully, I can squeeze out 3 pounds this month. Yesterday I walked a lot and did yard work. My knees and feet are not happy! I'll have to go EZ for a few days. let's go!

Some people are naturally more hungry than others. I truly believe that. I've always felt more hunger. I'm usually able to reduce it by reducing carbs. BUT.. Hormone imbalances are a nighttime! My whole life, up and down, up and down. Hungry all the time. After surgical menopause I was finally free until the last 4 days. I just thought I was being WEAK. I WAS HUNGRY every minute of the day and night, no matter what I ate. I EVEN SLEPT well with my CPAP machine. Why the heck am I STARVING AND CRAVING EVERYTHING??? Ahhhhhh. MY doc doubled my peogesterone to help sleep. Well, heck no. I'll do without. It's not necessary for me, thank goodness. I DID crack and ate a chocolate Easter egg. Oh well. I'm gonna take today off but not over eat. Maybe a little Chinese beef with veggies. I'm trying not to go insane. This should pass in a day or two. It will set me back a week in weight loss. I can live wH that.

I adjusted my goal weight down 10 pounds. Now I need to go go go! Go for it. I want my line to be blue again. I am making it to the gym about 4 days a week. It gives my knees time to rest. I discovered backward treadmill for knee strength. Slow pushes. OMG they are hard and really work your balance muscles. YEAH. I tried Zumba and it is NOT for me. I didn't care for the teacher. Moves were way too complicated and changed every few seconds. That's all. It's a beautiful day. Have a great day.

HUGE OMLET! I thought I'd finish half. Nope, I ate it all. eggs, cheese, pepperoni, onion, broccoli and hot sauce. I got to the gym again and got some sun. It always makes me feel good! Tomorrow. STEAK!
