woot woot i did a one mile walk!!
Keep losing weight... you will find many problems just go away when you stop carrying around all that extra load. Your joints, back, feet, general health, heart, and general outlook on life will all get better. Checking with a doc is a good idea too.. just to be sure you are not injuring yourself.... but they won't bluntly tell you what I just did.. because they need the money.

Help please - Sodium levels and net calorie intake or loss.. what does it mean in terms of lbs and h
I am interested in the collective wisdom of this group. Anyone know what acceptable levels of sodium intake are? What are the consequences of too high or low?
How about net daily up or down calorie values? What does it mean in terms of weight loss?
