Better to work out at night/morning?
I agree that working out in the morning is the best. However, think of it like this. when you sit a cup of oil and water down for a little while, what happens? the grease raises to the top. SO when you are laying down sleep all night all the toxins and grease raise up to the top and when you workout you burn all that off!!! makes it easier to lose weight
