Hi, I'm Jasmin without an E - a 29-year old, 5'1 Filipina whose goal is to live healthier so I can enjoy a happier life with my loved ones.

For specifics, I want to drop to 52kg (~114.6lbs) and maintain it. It's the middle point of the healthy BMI range for my age, gender and height. It's perfect because I can lose and gain a bit but still be within the healthy range.

Tracking my progress below:

2020.02.11 - Goal 1: 60.1kg (~132.5lbs) - Weighed in at 60kg (~132.3lbs)

Alrighty- I got the answer after exploring the desktop version. I don't need to add exercises manually. I just need to make sure that my journal is updated in Google Fit. Thanks so much for your time.

Found the answer to question #1 on the desktop version...



483 calories was the amount burned during Sleeping.

Still unclear on question #2.

Help understanding the Exercise Diary with Google Fit
I've invested in a smart band - the Huawei Band 3 Pro - and I LOVE IT!

It syncs with Google Fit which is perfect because it automatically adds the number of steps I've taken throughout the day plus the equivalent calories burned into my FS Exercise Diary...



But I'm unclear on a couple of things:

1. Where did it take the extra 483 calories (~1976 total minus 1493 from Google Fit)?

2. Do I need to add exercise manually on top of the steps? I was planning to add Desk Work of 15h35m. (It's basically the rest of the hours of the day when I'm not asleep. I've done other activities throughout the day but I thought it's better to underestimate than overestimate.)



But it looks like a lot of calories burned.
