Trying real hard & doing good, but it seems like the weight just want come off like before. I'm even doing stretches & toning 4 days a week. I walk 30 to 45 mins every other days. I drink nothing but water & eat around 1,000cal. a day. I watch my carbs too & try to keep my net carbs around 50 a day. Ugh feeling irritated, but I've prayed for it to change to losing good soon. ❤️ & 👏's for you all. May God help u along the way, & may Our Father in Heaven watch over you to have a Blessed & Stress free day. 😉😀😜😎
