I have a question for everyone.
My Bodybugg system.

GoWearFit or BodyBugg??
I use the bodybugg. I wouldn't be without it. It helps me see the numbers so I know what calories I am burning and when I log my food it shows me the number of calories, fat, and carbs that I'm eating. It also shows what I need to burn to lose my goal of 1.5 pounds a week. I bought mine used from a trainer and I love using it.

When you use it make sure you log all the foods, drinks and vitamins you consume. With Bodybugg it shows you the % of protien, carbs and fats. After you set up your system it will tell you what your % should be to lose your goal weight.

I upload my data quite regularly so I can see where I stand on Calories burned for the day. Glad to answer any questions and help any way I can.

Too tired to workout?!
Do you have an exercise bike, treadmill or such at home? Do you watch TV when you come home? If the answers are yes then but the machine in the room and watch tv while exercising. That's how I do it.
