How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Daily and sometimes more often. First thing in the morning is perfect as you are at your best as far as weight, water, food, etc. I try to weight myself at night before bed. It helps me plan my day. IF I am not on target, I work out more. If I am more than on track, sometimes I take a day off.
