Hello everyone, it's me again.

After dropping from 94kgs to 80kgs over a year ago, I quit dieting due to my inability to lose any more weight. I've found it in me to start again since I've gained 4kgs over the past few months because of depression and a tragic family death. I'm trying to have at least a little balance in my life, and this time I am not settling for a loss less than 16kgs.
