I'm a nurse who has a very active job. I assist in covering a 1000 bed hospital and i go all over the campus (all on foot). I should be a twig. I'm happily married to the BEST man in the world, with 3 great kids. Ages 12, 7, 5. I'm 36 and physically fit. I coach t-ball and softball, and I love to read and crochet. I have been dieting off and on for 20+ years. I was my thinnest after my third child. But this time is different i can feel it. This will be my year. I love my kitchen therefore i love to cook and experiment. I have been overweight my entire life, and it's all going to change. Everyday is a new day.
