started my diet 1.5 week ago at 226 lbs now at 219. lbs. lost 50 lbs after eacho girl, now has become more difficult after boy 5 yrs ago. getting older. i can do this

i heard the doctors say high fiber makes you gassier. just hang in there it will pass and take ur body some getting used to. if you get pain chicken broth really hot gets rid of gas and pain. try knorr chicken broth , drink it out of a cofee cup

this is what i hate about losing weight and dieting. When i used to lose weight unhealthy way years ago, i needed the dulcolax. now that i am older, wiser , i am eating alot of fiber and salads. will tell you that dulcolax causes abd cramping. otc target womens brand is cheap and did not give abdominal pain, very gentle. you sound uncomfortable so after relief by otc add more fiber and salads , water and you shoulde be ok . feel better

yes, they also say it is easier to keep the weight off if u lose it so. i guess right now i am excited because i know i am losing, which is great energy and enthusiasism i just have to keep it up. thanks
