Need Recipes for Phase 1 on Fat Smash Diet
I have a great recipe for phase 1. Its a yogurt smoothie.
1 16oz Nancy's Plain organic Yogurt
1 12 oz bag of berries
2 splenda's
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 15 seconds. Its sweet & natural. Makes for a great dessert or quick pick me up!! Good luck all!
P.S. Calorie content is approx. 85 for 1 1/2 cups
