Now - why does that not surprise ne?
Next week is going to be even worse - it's by birthday tomorrow, and my partner started to spoil me today! Cream cakes at lunch time, chocolate swiss roll tonight - going out for a meal tomorrow night with lots of friends, and of course birthday cake!
I guess that he(& me)are making up for the really crappy birthday I had last year - no cake, no presents, no cards and no 'happy birthday' from my husband - no wonder he's now an 'ex'!! lol
oh well - I can always start again next week!

:( put on weight over the past few days - I guess it must be the borbon biscuits I had - even though I only had 2, rather than the half packet that I would normally have, lol :)
Oh well - tomorrow is another day, and I still weigh less than I did to start with!

Been on a Child Protection course the past 2 days, with coffee, tea, biscuits, lunch and cakes all provided, so I'm really pleased that I didn't put weight on.
NOw all I need to do is start actually following the diet and the weight might start coming off a bit quicker!!

WOW!!!
I lost weight and I REALLY haven't been following the diet yet! Still trying to get my head round the different GI values.
Still - losing weight without trying is the way to go!!!!
Am not planning on starting diet proberly until next week - just trying to get head round things and receipe hunting at the mo.
