I am 38 years old. I am a Special Education teacher. I was following the Biggest Loser Diet but have manipulated the diet to suit my needs. Currently, I am eating 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. I enjoy running and weight training. I am running 5 days a week and lifting 3 days a week. I have lost 15 pounds since May and looking to drop 26 more by the end of summer.

Adding strength training?
I do the body Sculpting Bible for Women. In the back of the book it has the workout routines based on what equipment you do or don't have. The program is laid out into two week intervals. I love it. If you would like the name of the authors, let me know. You can also google it or look it up on amazon.com
