Hi!
I'm really excited to start using all of the tools that this website has available to me. I've been using the calorie counter app for years and it has helped me track what I eat. I tent to eat when I'm bored and stressed, not always when I'm hungry... So now that I have figured that out, it's time to beat the stress and get out and do stuff! I'm following a 1200 calorie diet with lots of meats and veggies, a few fruits thrown in, and on occasion some chocolate. As long as I stay under 1200 calories!! I also am walking/jogging at least 20 minutes a day and doing stretches or yoga too. I have started the 15lb challenge and I hope that with this I can stay accountable and also have a set goal in mind.
Off to the races!
