HI ... Just to tell you a little about me ~

I am 39 years old and 5'9" I started putting on the weight about 8 years ago. I haven't seen 200 pounds for awhile. When I met my husband in January 2006, I was a solid toned 220 pounds. I kinda stopped working out like I was... I started having thyroid problems about 1 year ago not realizing what the problem was ( I didnt want to really be around anyone..loudness was annoying to me, I was just on edge) After being put on synthroid medicine, it is now under control. If I could just reach 200..there WILL be a celebration before I continue to reach 160!! I CAN DO THIS!! GOOD LUCK to you ALL in weight loss !!!

Should I be eating more Protein ???
I started on here Sunday 10/3/10...In my food journal ...On my "Wheel"..OVERALL..it's shows that 50% of my diet has been Carb's and 25% protein and 25% fat for my intake on foods....I'm ONLY counting calories !! Im thinking I may need to add more protein... ??? I'm working out every day for 1/2 hr on the eliptical also. Maybe I'll be ok ... just wondering some of your opinions on this.. THANKS!

MOVING ALONG .....
Day number 2!! Feeling good. If I can do it, believe me you ALL can do it !! We can keep each other motivated Very Happy ...It is amazing how much energy you get when being active and eating the right things....the really good feeling is when you are satisfied and don't have that STUFFED feeling - that's a miserable feeling to have !! LET"S DO THIS !
