I feel AWESOME! Today was my first time taking any preworkout supplement at all. (Cellucor C4 Icy Blue Razz for those interested). Noticed a few minutes after drinking it that my ears/face were tingling and itching like CRAZY. Looked it up and found out that was a (relatively) normal side effect and decided to proceed with my workout. Man! I'm telling you after the first 15 minutes it was like I wasn't even working out anymore. I have never been more in the zone in my life. I was singing, loudly, along to the music I had playing and it felt amazing! I have always been one to hate working out. Never in my life have I enjoyed it. Never. Not ever. The fact that I was happy,singing, and enjoying myself is insane to me. Definitely going to keep taking the preworkout from now on.

Finally back. Took some time away due to health issues and a change in work scheduling. Also tried the whole dieting thing on my own for a bit and honestly it just didn't work. I realized after a while that I still need fatsecret for an accountability tool. And that's ok. I'll get to where I don't need it one day (hopefully). But I am back. Had some issues of the feminine variety and it seems like I have them squared away now so I'm back and ready to hit it harder than ever. I actually have been tracking for a bit before I posted this, but I also had a gain and I didn't want to post that on here.....Gosh I'm cringing at how vain that sounds even to me, but it is what it is. Finally back to a point where I'm at a loss so I'm ready to be visible here again. Thank you for those that emailed me your support and cares means a lot. I'm gonna tear up the rest of this year!
Also if anyone here is on tumblr or instagram let me know! I love following weightloss/health related users on both. :)

I haven't been tracking at all recently. Really need to stop slipping on that part. But I at least have been making smarter food choices and not tracking hasn't backfired on me :) Almost out of the 220's!!
