I have been utterly pigging out today. Additionally, I've been feeling a bit light headed throughout the day, which isn't due to dehydration--I've already had quite a bit of water.
I suppose eating nonsense is alright for today. I don't think I've had a massive pig out day in a while, anyway.

I'm a bit proud of myself this week. On Wednesday, I was invited to participate in a group workout and really didn't know what to expect, as I tend to avoid people while exercising. Apparently, the group was rather small on that day due to spring break, so the turnout only consisted of three other individuals besides myself. They were all men, and they all looked quite strong.
"It's upper body day," proclaimed the instructor with a particularly chipper voice.
Well, shit.
Certain that I'd make a fool out of myself, I began with the program - burpie, pushup, jack; ten times. Dips. Pushups. Repeat.
Three months ago, I couldn't even manage to do one pushup.
Not only did I manage to do all six sets of varying pushups, but it occurred to me that I did NINETY pushups that evening. A skinny runner, barely beginning to work on muscle buildup for the past three months, who also happened to be a woman, put all of those big, burly men to shame.
And that woman was me.

Grrrr! It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to consume as many calories as I burn today, so I had to cut my run down to a third of what I'm used to, and I'm still having trouble eating enough. Luckily, munchkin is with his father today, so at least I won't have to compensate for nursing, too. The only reason I'm barely going to manage to make it is because my two avocados were going to be bad tomorrow, so I ate them both -.- And then there's the little voice panicking and insisting that two thousand calories is probably too much and that we should just stop there.
Not particularly happy about all of this today.

Tomorrow is going to be a bit of a rough day. In addition to the usual home workout, it's a run day AND I agreed to attend a group workout thing later on in the evening. Looking at my caloric output for the day, it's going to require a loooooot of food to compensate for all that exercise.
