My daughter is now 15 weeks 2 days. At first, I had lost all my baby weight and was back to my pre-pregnancy and was doing well but because I am breastfeeding, I couldn't diet at all while establishing my supply. I was never able to get anything done at home for the first 12 weeks. I was not released to work out until 8 weeks even though I did not have a c-section. Then I injured the top of my left foot and ankle area and I have been slowly packing on the pounds. Fatsecret says about a pound a week. I returned to work on July 1st, I was eating fast food breakfast and sandwiches for lunch, I was lagging so bad trying to adjust to going back. Yesterday, I felt an urge to change something. I've been eating carb balance tortillas (2) with eggs (4) and some shredded cheese for breakfast. I used my Instapot to steam broccoli 5 cups and cauliflower 2.5 cups. I cut up 3 chicken breasts into slices and added Italian seasons, garlic salt, pepper, and chili powder. I meal prepped 5 of these for work. I then ate some not healthy granola bars today but my calories are lower so I don't go over at dinner. I just bought some brewers yeast, oatmeal, ground flax seed to make lactation cookies, I am leaving the butter but subbing the sugar for Splenda. I hope they help and they help me stay full because I feel like I could eat a house. I am limiting myself. I drink a lot of fluids, water (at least 66 oz), Gatorade Zero, Diet. Dr. Pepper. I guess I just take it one day at a time and make slow changes and my body will catch up. Wish me luck
