Weight Gain during the 2 Week Induction Period
Hello my Atkins Partners,
Reaching out to find out if any of you gained weight during the 2 week induction period, even though you followed the diet to the letter. I completed one week today and when I weighed in I gained 2 pds. Most days my carb in-take did not exceed 20 and I excercised like crazy! Please tell me this is normal
