Anyone else looking for some buddies?
Hi to all of you. I have been here for over a year and have found it very helpful with keeping track. I realised that I underestimated the food I ate and overestimated the exercise I did so this helped me get a better handle on it all. Lost 23 pounds in 4 months and have kept it off since then. I wish you all the best of lock and don't give up.

Just starting......Day One.
Hi Zana. This website was a treasure trove of people, information and motivation. Main thing is to up that exercise. Walk as much as you can, try not to eat anything that comes from a box, don't overload on fruit though (has a lot of sugar) and don't give up. Good luck and hugs.

Age issues
Grandma. A suggestion - just check that you are not eating more fruit than your body needs. Extra sugar (wherever it comes from) will be stored as fat... Be particularly careful of dried fruit added to salads.
