Hey folks, its been a while since I've done a journal entry but have been off the internet due to funds. As I have continued to do the LCHF WOE I have continued to drop weight, albeit very slowly. As of last weigh in I'm at 128 lbs, which I have NEVER been except maybe when I was 10?

I've dropped to a size 2 jeans/shorts/pants and a size 6 in blouses, WOOT WOOT! I feel soooo much better I can't even express how much better I feel. I do still have my moments when I "pig" out and eat whatever I want.....which is generally once a week or two. The last time I did that I DROPPED ANOTHER POUND and boy did it come as a shock, since I REALLY PIGGED OUT. What I have found out though is that if want to have a meal off WOE I do NOT do it at home. Its an away from home meal, that way I can't have leftovers or want to buy extra. My meals at home are ALWAYS LCHF meals! I buy nothing else. Anyway I just wanted to express my gratitude to all out there who have supported me and especially Phil, who has been a SUPERIOR INSPIRATION to me. God bless all and I am going to upload a new pic as soon as I can. :)
