I woke up knowing I had made progress - I could feel it! And sure enough, another pound is gone. Is it possible I might have left my 170-pound plateau behind, at last? I am going to say YES! 🤗

Yes! I survived my celebratory milestone birthday weekend without weight gain, and now I’ve even lost a little... best birthday gift I could have given myself! 🥳

It finally happened. No, *I* finally made it happen. I’m in the 160s! And my birthday is tomorrow! I DID IT! Now to keep it, and to to head onward to my goal.
So happy! I knew the needle would have to move, eventually!

Yep, this thing is going to happen. I'm turning 50 in three days, and I'll be in the 160s when that happens... I'm so close I can taste it! :-D
