Question,
If I cook a chicken breast in extra virgin olive oil, am I supposed add the calories from the olive oil to my daily calorie intake?

Over complicating things but I can't rest till I know......
OK-so as is everyone else on this site I'm counting my calories like crazy. And I know this might be a stupid question, but I'll go crazy if I don't have a definite answer....
I like Progresso Light soups, they're great! But before heating it up to eat, I drain about half of the broth in the can...
Since a full can says the servings in it are about 2 cups, does this mean when I drain half of the broth it reduces it to 1 cup? And also, does that mean the calories equal one serving or two since I didn't drain meat and/or veggies.... I know the answer is probably yes, and I'm over thinking it, and a lot of you are probably shaking your heads at me right now....but I guess I'm looking for affirmation...
Please help LOL!
