Hi everyone! I am so glad I found this great website! My name is Rick. I am a full-time teacher at a local elementary school. For many years now, I have been living a sedentary lifestyle and slowly gaining more and more weight. I have finally had it with my look and am eager to get back to my high school weight. I dont wanna waste my 30's like I did my 20's looking like this. Some of my current information:
Age: 31 (32 in March)
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 248 lbs
Pant waist size: 42
Shirt size: XXL
My goals:
Weight: 200 lbs
Pant waist size: 32
Shirt size: L
I will be using the P90X system (Lean version) and be tracking my weight daily (every morning). I will not be tracking every single thing I eat, although I will be cutting out anything with refined, bleached sugar (sodas, sweets) and replacing my meals with more salads, chicken, fish, and whole grains. I will also be controlling my portioning, as this was my real weakness.
