I'm a 42 year old father of three. 13,13 and 20.
I played varisty hockey in University and was a competive athlete in several sports.
I have gained way to much weight and I feel like crap. I want to play sports again and be active.
I probably drink to much beer and I over eat.
I have a office job that is very high stress at times.
I'm 272lbs and would like to get to 200. then maybe 180lbs.
I have lost weight before but never stuck to it. I have high blood pressure and high colestrol.
I going to do my best for my family.
