Avocado
Avocado Boat
Something I do that tastes good is to place 1/2 an avocado on a plate, pour 1/2 tsp olive oil or less on top, add 2 tablespoons of finally chopped tomato, and purple onion, lightly salt & pepper, sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon cheese (I like Blue Cheese) add a dash of hot sauce. Enjoy. When I ran the net carb count it came up to about 5. I have also put chicken salad in it another tasty one
