I'm married to my soulmate, have 5 children and a border collie. I was having trouble shedding the pounds gained in my last pregnancy constant ups and downs with scales... I dropped to 150lbs 2 years ago and we moved house now she is 5 and I gained 4 more pounds. Starting again on this healthy lifestyle I am 70g/154lbs and have bad cellulite on legs. With a pear shaped body it was more pronounced. Talking to my Brother and friend I realized I was starving my body trying to eat less and I was not burning anything. Now that I calorie count and eat 4 reasonable meals and 2L of water (I haven't gone low fat I just spread my normal meals and EAT Breakfast! which I use to skip it). I go to the gym now 3 times a week and my PT confirmed what my brother and friend said. Wish me luck.

If you are happy with yourself screw him.
If your not happy with yourself then do it to be healthy if nothing else, but keep in mind when you slim down... you wont need him nor will you want him!!! work on your self-esteem for starters and remember there are many more fish in the sea. (If you want to workout and you own a Wii... get the new EA Sports Active it is brilliant the PT will help with you self-esteem problem while she is working the rest too! then there is no embarrassing human to answer too just a virtual PT lol!!)

Done with Dieting
I hear you... the only difference with what you said is I do put everything in my food journal... and I do the EA Sports Active workout on the Wii religiously so I can eat anything I know I am exercising. I tried everything out there spent hundreds of dollars/pounds on exercise equipment you use for 6 weeks and bin. I finally found the one thing that really shows results quickly. Nintendo Wii... Wii Fit keeps track of my progress, Wii Sports Resorts has a great cardio workout in some of the games if you put your heart and really give it a go. Then there the exercise games... Jillian Michaels, My fitness Coach. I am shedding inches and building muscle the definition in my body is changing rapidly. I don't care that the scale isn't moving because the inches are dropping. I guess I am doing something right. I am impressed with your honesty in this type of forum. I with you all the way!

New girl on the block in need of buddy
Get a Wii.... EA Sports Active is doing it for me... 8 weeks eating right and toning... This site keeps me watching my calories(I usually don't eat enough) Wii Personal Trainer keeps me coming back... since you can't Cheat yourself, the Wii journal keeps you honest.
