Hello! I am 14 and am starting high school in the fall. This summer, I would like to get down to 93 or 93.5 pounds. I am starting at 105 pounds. I am about 5'2"
I do not like being more than 100 pounds, as I am pretty short. I have been getting chubbier and chubbier for a while and want to get back to my skinnier self. I have been compulsively eating recently and neglecting exercise. I want to change that and get abs.
I am currently a vegetarian, though that is for the animals not for health, and am avoiding milk products, as that makes it easier for me to avoid unhealthy foods, and it may help my skin get clearer and me get less stomach aches.
Hopefully, I can average at 750 calories a day, though I can distribute calories throughout the week as I would like, in order to have a total of 5250 a week. I may do 500 days and 1000 days, etc.
