I am a healthy weight, looking to improve energy and live a healthy lifestyle!! I am a runner, equestrian, and love Pilates! I love animals, and have 2 amazing dogs, as well as a Quarter Horse! I believe in a clean diet, and doing your best, and not letting little things ruin my day, I do mediation to help with mindfulness, and go to mindfulness classes! I enjoy having chocolate, as well as fruits and veggies, and believe that balance is key, I eat when I feel it is necessary, and try to make good decisions about my food! I am also a yoga instructor, as well as an equestrian instructor, but am also attending college! I wish everyone the best of luck on their journey to happiness and peace with their bodies!! What is your basic work-out routine?
I do 30-40 minutes of Pilates, go for a brisk walk with my dogs, and do a morning get me up such as push-ups! I recommend doing POP Pilates!! I absolutely love it, and Cassey makes it fun! I also recommend buying new workout clothes, something about a fresh start in fresh clothes makes you very motivated to workout!! I also do 40 minutes of boot camp 3 times a week, attend a yoga class Sunday, a cycling class Saturday, on Monday I workout with a personal trainer, Tuesday’s I do boot camp, Wednesday’s I Horseback ride, and boot camp, on Thursdays I only do pop Pilates, and on Fridays I Attend a dance and gymnastics class... all on top of Pilates and walking everyday!! Find your balance, and #LOVE YOUR BODY!

How to loss weight through Pilates exercise?
I do Pop Pilates 6 days a week for about 20-40 minutes, and I go Horseback riding 1-3 times a week for up to 2 hours... and on the weekends I go walking for about 1-1.5 hours on both Saturday and Sunday... saying this diet plays a big role, and I eat as clean as I can without feeling too restricted... BUT POP PILATES SAVES MY LIFE... there are many workout videos, and videos for beginners, and I love it! Cassey is amazing and very motivating, she walks you through each exercise, and every 3-5 months I do the beginner 2.0 workouts.... AMAZING! I love that I can workout from home, and do her cardio and Pilates workouts!! If you workout for 5-7 days a week and eat clean, you will see results... Every 4 months I do the 28 day cleanse challenge, and I always see the results! Good luck, and I ABSolutely recommend trying different Pilates gyms if you feel incompetent doing Pilates on your own! BEST OF LUCK!!
