Didn't lose yesterday...don't know why. Pretty much did everything and stayed under 20 carbs..maybe Sunday will show something.

All is going well. Have been moving, walking, and dancing every chance I get, I'm getting about 3-4,000 steps (pedometer) a day. it records all your movements so I pretty much stay moving, even at work.

Day one. Will walk as many steps as possible today and keep moving, I work today so will look for ways to take more steps and maybe go to Target to add steps. Also I will try very hard to stay on Atkins, one day at a time, and finish eating my last meal of the day by 6pm no snacks after that.

Starting over. 2/11/13, want to lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks, by walking, and sticking to a diet, haven't decided yet if I will try to stay on Atkins or count calories, my main problem is sweets and overeating
