I just can't do this to myself anymore. up and down... up and down. i am so uncomfortable in my clothes today. I don't want to be cliche and do the resolution thing... but OMG.... i have to start.... today is the day! Logging my foods, getting my water in and getting my workout. Day 1 successful!

day 1. i'm over it. up and down up and down. no consistency, no motiviation but i can't do this anymore. I don't feel well so i have to do something. Day 1. new day.

really on track... feeling great about my loss this week. bought some ketone strips but was only middle of the road. Need to figure out how to get more purple!

so far so good. bought some ketone strips and tried one last night. was hoping to be a little more purple. I was middle of the road. Need to figure out what I need to do in order to achieve the deep purple!!! Staying on goal!!
