Me, I'm 22 been with my boyfriend for 5yrs. We have one little girl who is three - I just recently completed my weightloss from carrying her and am now pregnant with our 2nd daughter. My diet is currently on hold but I enjoy reading other peoples outcomes and advice as I want to maintain good habits through the pregnancy so not to gain excessively but I also want to be clued up and in gear to lose it again later.
I'm really excited bring on August and my little girl.

Pregnant and diet on pause
Hello,
I'm pregnant and my diet is on pause but I wish to maintain my healthy eating whilst pregnant as i know how difficult it is to loose the post baby bulge.
Please any advice welcome on healthy food that you ate while pregnant.

Bring on August the 1st so I can meet my new baby.

Hello,

Diet on hold until August.

Just wondered if anyone else is pregnant? I am not dieting now but I intend maintain and not excessively gain during my pregnancy because I know how hard it is to lose the weight later.

Any advise frompeople in a similar situation welcome.
