Constipation issues
If your on akins or keto, you bowls movements will be lower because of the lower calories. But things that affect greatly bowel movements while on does diet are first, are you drinking enough water, while on keto/akin the body does not retain salt and water you need to drink a galon of water or more per day. 2 fiber since its not a high cal diet make sure your getting enough fiber eat veggies higher in fiber. You can also looks to supplement fiber as well. Hope this helps
