Back to it. One month until the Outer Banks and then Katie's wedding and getting back into the dating scene.
I hope to lose weight but I know I need to just focus on re-forming/remembering healthy habits, because health and happiness are what matters most. I know I will feel better (regardless of looking any better) if I do this. Journaling will keep me accountable and will force me to make better choices, but I do not want to be a slave to calorie counting.
