I am new here. I was over 200 lbs in 2010, got down to 160 and that is where I am still. Granted I stopped working out and recently quit smoking. I have decided that I need to finish my goal of getting to 140. I am watching what I eat as well as working out again so hopefully by next summer I will be around 140.
Any advice or encouragement is always welcome. No one in my house but me cares about their health or nutrition.
