My Workout program
I can't seem to find my exercises on the exercise part of my diet calendar so I am putting them here. I workout 3 days a week with the following workout and plan on implementing a cardio workout.

I start with 10 mins warmup on a stationary bike, (well it's actually my mountain bike on a bike trainer which turns it into a stationary bike). Then the following exercises are all sets of 3 with reps of 10. Sit to stand no arms, Bicep curl to overhead press, Bridges on the floor, Stiff leg deadlift with dumbbells, Pushup on the worktop, Abdominal crunch in crook with ipsilateral fingertips to ankle, Crook abdominals crunch, and Upright rows with dumbbells. I finish off with a 10 min cooldown on my stationary bike. After my cooldown, the last thing I do is spend some time stretching.
