Good eating habits but since I'm over 60, the only weight loss method that works for me is logging my food. I have been struggling with the same 20 pounds for the past 20 plus years. I'm athletic but quarantine set me back until recently. I know many feel that feeding a family and trying to eat healthy can sometimes be tough, but I'm a widow with grown kids and living alone has its own temptations when it comes to food. Glad to have this community!
