How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Twice a day! I can be obsessive. I need to lose 22.2 pounds according to my goal weight. I need to add my exercise routine to my daily activities. Stomach issues have prevented this from happening. I used to be at the gym twice a day about 10 years ago. Each summer I work out like crazy. Last summer, I did P90x. This summer I bought p90X3, since it is only 30 minutes. I teach and I find myself only working out during the summer months. I need to find a way to incorporate exercise into my life throughout the school year. That's why I purchased P90X3. It should be quick, 30 minutes, and efficient with the variety of work-outs it offers. Now to get started! Motivate me!
