I've tried just about everything else and this one is the best (for me anyways) by far. I started in October and after a month I quit after getting sick. I lost 20 pounds and of course put it back on because of the holidays. So I started again on the first. So far so good, the hardest thing is the workout. But I'm going to stick with it and lose the weight!
