you mis understood dear,you need to have that extra than wat you are having, suppose you have having 2500 calories and add 1200 calories to it.

Hello,
I had the same problem, I gained 25 kgs during my first pregnancy and it was so difficult to come back to normal. My sclaes showed same number for almost three years. but during second pregnancy I only gained 4kgs thanks due to constant monitoring of my nutrition and foods. it is said that you just need to have 1200 calories extra than usual during pregnancy. you can refer babycenter.com in this regard. a very helpful site during pregnancy.
