Why does everyone think eating loads of protein is good for you?
Reading this really helped me see the light on protein intake. I realize i was eating way to much protein as well and using Fatsecret. I am weight lifting and trying to gain weight and I kid you not I was eating any where from 350g to 450g of protein a day not on purpose just because I lost weight with keto and thought that is what my body needed. I have been doing that amount of protein for a few months and it gave me horrible gas and I also think it is affecting my autoimmune issues. I hope by dialing the protein down I can get some relief.
